I’ve lived my life at the intersection of music, learning, and technology. As a guitarist, I’ve had the privilege of performing with legendary artists such as Sammy Davis Jr., Melba Moore, Jimmy Darrin, and Mitzi Gaynor, and I toured extensively with Broadway star Ben Vereen, bringing music to audiences across the U.S., Europe, and China. Those years also included television appearances on shows like The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Phil Donahue, Mike Douglas, Merv Griffin, and international specials with Sammy Davis Jr. in Acapulco.

Alongside touring and session work in Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles, I spent over 25 years teaching jazz guitar and improvisation at the University of Delaware, guiding students to not only master technique but also discover their own unique musical voice.

Today, I balance my passion for music with my role as a Technical Learning Architect, creating training materials and leading workshops in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Generative AI. For me, technology and jazz share the same heartbeat—improvisation, structure, and flow.

On this site, you’ll find guitar finger exercises, improvisation studies, and interactive learning modules designed for intermediate players who want to grow their skills. At the same time, I’m helping organizations embrace the future of Generative AI through prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and custom persona design.

My next big project? Recording a jazz/funk album that captures the groove and energy that’s defined my journey.

If you’re here for music, data, or a little of both—you’re in the right place.
