			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whether you are using <strong>P90X</strong>, <strong>Power 90</strong>, <strong>INSANITY!</strong>, or other Beachbody workout program, it is imperative that you measure your progress. This can be done by writing down the # of repetitions, amount of weight, etc.,  after you complete each exercise. Tony Horton stresses this fact all through the workout session.</p>
<p>To record your progress, please download your desired <a href="http://teambeachbody.com/get-fit/fitness-tools/workout-sheets" target="_blank">Workout Sheet</a>, print, store in a binder, and write down the particular exercise&#8217;s # of reps, amount of weight, etc. This will allow you to see real progress, and serve as a motivating factor when you, for example, try to do one more &#8220;Standard&#8221; push-up on Chest &amp; Back.</p>
