		<description>Oh My GOODNESS!!!!! I just finished Rev Abs Power Intervals 2 for the first time and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! Power Intervals 1 was okay for cardio but does not compare to Power Intervals 2!!!
Such intensity and a fun workout! Brett has incorporated moves I have never done before which helps my body change.
