Legs & Back, always a great workout for legs. Still need to get away from the 50 lb. black bands for the back workout. However, great progress was made on the Ab Ripper X’s VF Roll-ups. This morning was the first time since February 12, 2009, that I was able to do the VF Roll-ups. Not great, but progress has been made.
