Whether you are using P90X, Power 90, INSANITY!, or other Beachbody workout program, it is imperative that you measure your progress. This can be done by writing down the # of repetitions, amount of weight, etc., after you complete each exercise. Tony Horton stresses this fact all through the workout session.
To record your progress, please download your desired Workout Sheet, print, store in a binder, and write down the particular exercise’s # of reps, amount of weight, etc. This will allow you to see real progress, and serve as a motivating factor when you, for example, try to do one more “Standard” push-up on Chest & Back.
