I love this workout (3rd time through P90X). However, after doing INSANITY and RevAbs before this 3rd time through P90X, I find myself borrowing elements of INSANITY and RevAbs to get a more thorough and intense workout. Trying to take the best elements of the Beachbody programs that I have completed.
