Completed. Still unable to complete the Level 1 drills.

Completed. Nearing the end of  Week 4. This morning, I got through the Level 2 drill without stopping.

Completed. I felt a slight improvement during the Level 1 Drills, although still a long way to go in order to get through the drills without stopping.

Completed. This morning my ability to get through the  Tricep dips improved slightly. I still was not able to get through the Tricep dips without stopping.

Completed. Today is the start of Week 4. Trying to get through the Level 2 drill without stopping for about 10 seconds. Hopefully, before the 63 days are out, I will be able to finish Level 1 and Level 2 drills without stopping.
